About Excite Property LTD
Tim & Harriet have been purchasing properties since 2015, our first purchase was 120 Brook Street, Chester we bought this as an investment before we even owned our own home, unknown to us at the time, it was the start to our property investment journey.

Since then we have been buying/flipping/refinancing properties, we have completed many property transactions & in 2022 we decided on setting up "Excite Property LTD" to scale the business. We have completed many different projects such as; Barn conversions, flips, HMO conversions, title splits & BRRR projects.

We currently are building our property portfolio, adding more serviced accommodation & HMO properties.
